We can help you with the laborious task of maintaining your GDPR compliant data, in particular un-deliverable mail. Instead of you meticulously collecting and sorting information from your returned mailing, we do it for you.

How do we do it?

We will capture all of your un-deliverable mail and return a spreadsheet back to you or securely hold it for you, detailing the records and their reasons for return, e.g. un-deliverable, refused, goneaway, deceased etc.

 

 

We will amend the return address on your mail piece to Platinum and add a small 2D barcode in order to uniquely identify each record. If your mailing is going via Mailmark service, we can use that barcode instead of adding another.
