How it works

Platinum will become your personalised mailroom providing printing and mailing of your documents on-demand as and when required. We use your stationery or templates, ready for that all-important urgent communication, allowing us to print, enclose in envelopes, and post from our mailing department on site.

  1. You upload your pre-merged document to our portal
  2. We will digitally print the entire pre-merged letter
  3. We then enclose the letter in your specified envelope…
  4. …and post them for you

Data Security

With data security being of the utmost importance you can be safe in the knowledge your data is protected. You will have your own login account on our mailing server where the data is encrypted, this is hosted in a secure area at our premises.
