Founded 60 years ago The Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP) is the UK’s leading membership organisation dedicated to theatre practitioners. Their aim is to help to develop skills and keep practitioner’s knowledge up to date. They are committed to improving patient care and safety through developing and promoting the leading standards for perioperative practice.

The Challenge

AfPP contacted us ahead of their annual 2-day conference at the University of Warwick in August, seeking our help with a range of printed materials to make the event a success. Their goal was to maximise impact while staying within budget, ensuring that delegates had a clear sense of direction and a stress-free experience throughout the conference.

The Solution

Following our initial onsite visit with AfPP, they provided us with venue photos and a clear budget outline. With this information in hand, we brainstormed a variety of creative solutions and collaborated closely with them to finalise a list of essential printed materials. The final selection included eye-catching flags, walkway vinyls, banners, brochures, and a range of signage options.

Each item was meticulously produced to meet the client’s specifications, ensuring top-notch quality and timely delivery. The results exceeded expectations, with the client thrilled by the impact these materials had on the overall event. The conference not only ran smoothly but was also visually impressive, contributing to its overall success. AfPP was so pleased with the outcome that they’ve already confirmed they’ll be partnering with us again for their next event.
