A New Year Message from David Wyvill, CEO @ Platinum

As we begin a new year and enjoy the optimism of looking forward to a successful 2022, we’ve never been more grateful for the loyalty and understanding that our customers have shown us over the past 18 months; a period which can only be described as our most difficult in 33 years of business.

We know we’re not the only ones who have felt the pressure, with many of our trusted clients and partners whom we have worked with over many years, also having felt the strain of the pandemic and the unpredictable times that have come with it.

Whilst we are immensely proud of our team here at Platinum and how they have dug deep to ensure operations have run smoothly, we have learnt such a lot over this time and are now placed in a strong position to continue our growth plan, enhancing our product range and materials, whilst advancing our print technology.

Our latest investment has included the HP Indigo Digital Print Press; a state of the art print machine which improves efficiencies and print finishes for our customers, whilst enabling us to turn around work to the highest of standards, within quicker timeframes than ever before. An instrumental step forward for Platinum that sets us apart in the UK print market this year.

Other projects which we are currently progressing include a box making machine that can also create folders and apply taping/gluing – further expanding our packaging and gift/promotional range of products; whilst giving you – the customer, innovative ways of promoting your business and making a lasting impression for your brand.

Whilst our print options are constantly growing and being improved, so is our team of people in-house. Many of you reading this will have met both Anthony and Samantha who are now valued members of our management team. As a result of their commitment to upholding Platinum’s well-known and strong brand values, we are looking forward to a bright future.
